Margarita Guacamole

Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1/4 c. finely diced red onion
1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 tbsp. tequilla
1 tbsp. triple sec
Kosher salt
Flaky sea salt or Margarita salt
Lime wedges, for serving
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
  1. Scoop avocado into a bowl and coarsely mash it with a fork. Stir in onion, cilantro, jalapeƱo, lime juice, tequila and triple sec. Season with salt.
  2. Place flaky sea salt in a shallow bowl. Rim the edge of a glass serving bowl with a slice of lime and dip the top of bowl in the salt, adhering the salt to the rim.
  3. Spoon the guacamole into prepared bowl. Top with lime wedges and more salt. Serve with tortilla chips and more tequila.
