I was born and a raised a cookie monster. Instead of cruising the neighborhood on my bike like a normal child, my sister and I wasted away the hot summer days baking the Nestle Toll House recipe, over and over again, like our lives depended on it. I blame my mom's mad baking skills for my sweet tooth. If you grew up with her oatmeal cookies (not a back-of-the-bag recipe), you'd have issues too.
I wasn't exclusive to from-scratch baked goods though. Rainbow Chips Deluxe and Chips Ahoy were my preferences when it came time for an afterschool snack—especially when a cold glass of milk was involved. I was, and still am, very pro-dunking, and those crispy cookies soak up the milk and soften in a glorious, not-too-soggy way.
All my years of milk mustaches led me to these pops. Or rather the TheNextTycoon site director had the vision and assigned me the video, which I couldn't be happier about. They're incredible and will make you happy too. One taste will bring you back to the sweeter days, when the day's biggest challenge was sneaking extra cookies past mom and dad.
If Ben and Jerry's Milk & Cookies is your jam, these frozen treats are for you. Except our pops are better because the cookie-to-milk ratio is way higher. Plus, there's no churning involved. But the real kicker of the recipe is the fact that it only requires three ingredients: heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and cookies. The hardest part is waiting patiently like an adult for them to freeze.
