We're all about coming up with insanely TheNextTycoon ways to cook with tater tots. So the game changed when we were introduced to tots that are made with foods other than potatoes, like the ever-buzzy cauliflower.
Green Giant's Veggie Tots make 'em in ready-to-fire-up bags, so grab one from the frozen aisle and start trying out your favorite tot recipes. One of our standby mash-ups involves pizza. Here's how to do it: In a bowl, mix together marinara sauce, 2 beaten eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, mini pepperoni, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss in tots and mix it all together.
Pack your pizza sauce-covered tots into muffin cups, then sprinkle on more mozzarella and pepperoni.
Bake until muffins are crispy and cheese is melty, about 20 to 22 minutes at 425 degrees F.
