Your kiddos have probably heard of a brontosaurus, a stegosaurus, and of course a T-Rex, but have they ever heard of a chicken parm-asaurus?! It's the dino that's going to take chicken dinners from "not again" to "please can you make it again?" And bonus: You'll actually want to eat it, too!
Kids are picky eaters, so the phrase "but I wanted pizza" is probably not foreign to you when they sit down to the dinner table. Now it's not like chicken is on the same nasty level as broccoli or anything, but it's definitely no mac and cheese, so getting your little ones to eat their lean protein can take some creativity. Enter the chicken parm-asaurus.

The dino-inspired dinner is basically exactly what it sounds like — chicken parm — but it's disguised by a fun name and some dinosaur shapes. And it's super easy to make when you're in a rush on busy weeknights. Just bake a box of frozen dino chicken nuggets, spoon marinara over them, sprinkle with mozzarella, and bake. Done and done.
Warning: Expect a lot of "rawrs" at the table.
