These Jell-O shots couldn't possibly be more fall. In fact, you're likely to see a supersized version at your Thanksgiving table. They're PIES, and they're f*cking adorable. We went through some trials and tribulations making these shots. Mini pie crusts can be very tricky to work with. Worry not, we have two very valuable pieces of information to share. 1. Prebake your crusts. Getting them nice and crisp will allow them to stand up straight when filled with the good stuff. 2. Let the Jell-O mixture cool! This is very important. Without this, you might end up with a soggy mess. No one wants that! But everyone wants Jell-O shots, so go on and get your Fall on!
