Guess what's back, back again? No, not Slim Shady — it's 7-Eleven's Bring Your Own Cup day. On Friday, Aug. 18, and Saturday, Aug. 19, you can pay $1.50 to fill up whatever vessel you choose — be it a pitcher, fish bowl, or lopsided clay mug from your fourth grade art class — with any Slurpee flavor on tap.

Like last May's event, there are a few rules: It must fit in the 10-inch slot you'd normally stick a cup in to fill up a Slurpee, it's got to be watertight and foodsafe, and you can only fill up one vessel per person.

Oh, and the deal only applies from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. during those two days. Now go out there and live your best life.

If 32 ounces of Slurpee was never enough for you, you're in luck: 7-Eleven's Bring Your Own Cup Day is back. You've got two days to haul your hollowed-out disco balls, fishbowls, and blender pitchers to the convenience store, filling it up with whatever flavor suits your fancy for $1.50.

Yep, that's right: No matter how big your bowl is, it only costs $1.50 to Slurpee it up. The two-day event takes place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20, and there are a few stipulations to note:

  • The "cup" you're using must fit in the 10-inch slot you'd normally stick your cup in to fill said Slurpee (so, no breaking the machine as you try to jam a cooler in there — or create an intricate Slurpee luge to fill said cooler)
  • "Cup" must be watertight and foodsafe (okay, so maybe no disco ball)
  • One cup per person

Just imagine ... this could be you:

Every once in a while, 7-Eleven likes to entice customers by letting them bring whatever kind and size of cup they want to fill up with their addictive Slurpees. And when Bring Your Own Cup Day finally arrives, we don't mess around. We go hard. And you should, too.

On both Friday, Aug. 19 and Saturday, Aug. 20 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the convenience chain will welcome fans to come in with any vessel they'd like to load up with sugary goodness for just $1.50. The only requirement is that your container fit in a 10-inch diameter hole (we've seen pitchers, fish tanks, and flower vases). Of course, don't forget to it.

The brand decided to offer this promo for two days to make things bigger and better during the entire year of its 50th birthday. So thanks, 7-Eleven and HBD, boo.
